Items
to be considered for Refund or Exchange must be in new
and resalable condition (unused, unopened, etc.) and must be returned
within one week from the date of receipt with prior written
authorization from WALSER’S. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.
Returns
require the prior authorization of a WALSER’S customer service manager. Credit
will not be given on unauthorized returns, and the merchandise delivery will be
refused accordingly. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition. A 20%
restocking fee will be assessed on merchandise ordered in error or due to
customer change of mind. We ask that you carefully examine your order at the
time of delivery to determine any damaged or missing items.
In
the unfortunate event that damage or shortage occurs in transit, the customer is
responsible for filing any claims with the freight company. Please notify both
the freight company and WALSER’S immediately if this occurs. As a courtesy to
our customers, we will gladly assist with your claim to expedite processing.
Any
shipping or handling charges that occur in sending an order or return of the
same are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
